According to my Iranian coworker, this tea is exactly what it says it is: a traditional Persian blend with a Californian twist. He said that it tastes like the tea his mother made almost every day, but more strongly flavored with more citrus and floral notes. I found it delicious, even without childhood memories. His wife gave me extra cardamom pods to add on the days we want to make it taste a bit more traditional. This tea is also good iced.

My first thoughts are with all of the rose I see I wonder how balanced is the perfume of the rose.I opened the bag, and the blast of high quality fragrance fills my kitchen. I am adventurous enough to brave a heavy spiced/perfume tea. But....what I got almost brought me to tears. It was the most well balanced subtle tea while still maintaining character I have ever had. This is a tea not perfume. Great job, to those who created this.
