Maiden's Ecstasy: Quickly rinse 2-3 tablespoons tealeaves with hot water. Pour 2 cups boiling water over the leaves. Steep for 1-6 minutes, depending on how strong you like it, before pouring it through the infuser. Re-infuse as desired...this tea can last for hours.
