Bai Hao Oolong Tea from Taiwan: Tropical, floral, sweet and creamy. The first brew shows young wild rose, and hints of acacia and geranium, with a slight peach, and honeydew melon finish. Honey flavors persist throughout. Second and third infusions get darker, with more caramel and stronger stone-fruit and tropical trade-winds.
